i'll try your recipes, because i'im italian but i love world music as well as i love world cooking. so, reading about this strange coconut vinegar, now i have an answer for you: do you know a Pilipino rice dish similar to arrozkaldo but cooked with shrimps in coconutmilk? i cant find a precise recipe but i tasted it once many years ago here in italy at a pilipino dinner party!! thanks a lot
i only know coconut shrimp, i did post a recipe here. that might be the one ur looking for :)
