This is a very simple recipe from my friend Rose. For those who want a quick simple recipe of the Lechon Paksiw and still tastes good, you can try this one. She only used Mang Tomas all purpose sauce (liver sauce) and the chopped lechon meat.
2 big bottles of Mang Tomas Sauce
2 kilos Lechon Meat (estimated)
You just have to adjust the number of bottles you will add to the meat according to your taste.
